4. I just placed an order and realized that my address is wrong, whom should I contact?

Contact us with your name, order number and the correct address. We will update your order information. We strive to respond to emails with 24 business hours.

5. Where are your items produced?

Our vendors are located worldwide, so items are manufactured in different parts of the world.

6. How can I make a return?

7. Do you ship to Canada, France…etc?

Yes, we offer international shipping. Please check the shipping information included on the listing by clicking the tab “shipping” below the item on the left for detailed information on the processing and shipping time for the item.

8. Can I receive a catalog/magazine with your designs?

Unfortunately, we do not have any magazine or catalogs available at this time. You may view our wide range of products on the site.

10. Do you offer gift cards?

No, we do  NOT offer gift cards at this time.
